Kayla and the team has outstanding customer service. My car was broken into and I needed to clean the glass out, I couldn’t get a car wash bc of the missing window. She was so kind and let me use a vacuum that had to be tagged out after bc of the glass. I will definitely be back for a car wash one the window is fixed! Thank you!

Jenn and all the staff here are great. Jenn took good care of me with all my questions and getting me set up with my plan. I get the Pro 5 Ultimate plan for all my cars. The wash is great and the shine is unbelievable. I even trust this wash with my 1966 antique.

On March 6, I visited the Preston location and towards the end we heard a crunching noise. We immediately pulled over and looked and there is a piece between my passenger tire and door that was damaged. I got the manager and she filled out a form stating that someone will reach out to me in 2-3 business. It was a Friday so I didnt expect a call until Monday or Tuesday. Well days passed and I reached out (there’s no number to call you have to send a message) someone responded stating that the manager was supposed to do an investigation and I explained that she told me that someone from corporate will be contact with me. Well today I receive a email stating that my claim was denied due to my vehicle being old and it was damaged anyway. My car was not damaged before March 6th. My car was fine until that day. I think it’s unprofessional for someone to assume that my car was previously damaged that has not even laid eyes on my vehicle. The first picture is a before picture dated 2/18/26 and the second is the day it happened. I don’t care that my car is older please don’t assume it’s damaged.

Visited yesterday evening for the first time. Greeted at the menu by an employee. Her customer service was excellent. Politely explained the membership options which I declined. She didn't haggle me. Chose the basic wash and my SUV was clean. Very happy with the handicap parking spots, I'm disabled using a wheelchair. Free vacuuming. A station with free glass cleaner and carpet/upholstery bottles along with reusable cleaning towels. Employees were constantly busy cleaning/restocking. I'll definitely be returning. Well worth the price of $11. They close at 8pm. I didn't realize how long I had been cleaning lol but no one harassed or forced me off the premises. Kudos to everyone at Take 5!! 👍🏾⭐👍🏾
